Oh this amazing client! We had so much fun working with her! She wanted to create a special gift for her 20th wedding anniversary and also celebrate her story as well. “So I didn’t realize until I just drove home from choosing my pictures how amazing Tara is at what she does! I realized I had no music on for about 30 minutes driving my 1 hour ride home. I was smiling from ear to ear because my pictures were just so gorgeous. I was so shocked that I for one could look the way I did, two, actually followed through and had a boudoir shoot, and three and more importantly, the feeling I got when I reflected on these pictures. I have scars, I have rolls, I have cellulite and I have wrinkles, that’s what makes me who I am, and I am quite ok with that! I have always been so insecure my entire life.

Until today, I didn’t realize how much I love my story. It has chapters of cancer, divorce, weight gain, weight loss, weight gain again, pregnancies, losses and years of laugh lines. I looked at one of my pictures and I said to Tara, “look at my wrinkles, but you know what I’m 48 not 25.” I have a story and I love that she captured this.

Tara, you have given a gift to women to find their true beauty and empower them with your artistic ability and your sense of ease. Of course I have to give Michelle a shout out for her amazing make up artistry. WOW just WOW! Kudos to both of you.

I am absolutely shocked at my reaction. I’m a bit of a puddle right now with such happy tears. Thank you for making me feel so beautiful!
