We suggest not skipping any sections of the Swan Session Prep Guide. Not everything photographs well and we don't want anything to distract for you in the images. We are happy to help with your selections!

Have you thought about your portrait investment and how you will enjoy your images? An album? Luxury prints? Table art? Wall Art? We offer all digital bundles as well as art collections offering both digital and printed art. **SPECIAL EVENT SESSIONS DO NOT REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL PURCHASES, BUT UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE

Do you understand all print and or digital images are not included in your session fee and must be paid for in full by the day of your ordering appointment? (SPECIAL EVENT SESSIONS ARE THE EXCEPTION, If you are upgrading, it needs to be done at your ordering appointment.

Do you understand print/digital investment ranges from 1200-5900 and must be paid in full at time of ordering session? (Cash, credit cards and PayPal credit are accepted. Please apply for PayPal credit before coming in for your ordering session). Any special offers or discounts can only be used the day of your ordering session.

Do you understand that your ordering session typically takes place within 1-4 weeks from your photo session and that If no attempt has been made to schedule your ordering session after 30 days from your portrait session images will be purged. We simply can not pay to store images clients are not serious about purchasing as this will result in raising the cost for everyone else.

Do you understand after submitting the form you will be sent an invoice for the non- refundable session retainer (if you have not already submitted it). If you are a no-show to the session you forfeit the session retainer. Session date can be rescheduled one time prior to the day of the session for valid reason and with notice.

Do you understand if you are booking a Black Swan Session, Special Event/Body Love Story Session, that offers hair and makeup services at the studio, there is an additional fee of up to $200 to be paid directly to the stylist, in CASH, the day of the session?

Do you agree to the minimum purchase of our lowest investment of 1200 (1900 for couples sessions)? This must be paid in full the day of your session and will be applied to your order the day you come back for your ordering appointment. (SPECIAL EVENT SESSIONS MAY HAVE DIFFERENT ORDER MINIMUMS DUE BY THE DAY OF SESSION)

Are you allergic to dogs? He won't be in the studio during the session but he does live in our home, so maybe some benadryl if you think it could be an issue?

If you are taking part in The Body Love Story, do you understand that you are giving permission for any/all images to be used in any and all marketing and promotions done by Tara Starr Photography, including, but not limited to website, social media and printed materials? Do you also understand that the 1200 minimum payment is due by the day of the session? If you chose to upgrade to an Art Collection, you will receive 200 credit towards that art collection. Do you understand that at any time after the images are being used in advertising should you decide you no longer want them used, you will be responsible for paying the 200 session fee and if you used the 200 voucher towards an art collection, as these incentives were given to be able to use your images and tell your story. Do you understand your outfits need to be approved by Tara to make sure they are appropriate to be shown on social media and fit the style/colors that photograph best in the studio setting?

Will you be adding on the Angel Wings Set to your session for 150. Or will you be pre-paying for an Art Collection in order to get the Angel Wings Set included in the session?
