So here it is! The session that I went and got myself injured on. My goodness we really take for granted being able to just hop up and run up the stairs when we need to! So we are four weeks today out from doing this session where I was just WALKING and fell. Yes, just walking along and BOOM, I went down. Even though I am back teaching my 10 weekly dance classes I am still not pain (and annoyance) free. And for a gal who hardly ever wears heels, being told by my body that I CAN’T is super annoying! I probably should be in tap shoes yet but the show (or class) must go on!

Anyway! These guys were so much fun!! Thank god I know them or I would have been way more embarrassed wiping out while WALKING!
